Loves air came by today and changed out my HVAC system and water heater. They did such an amazing job! Would very much recommend them! Joel, Alex, Vilmer, Elvis, and Alan did clean work and were the best installers I could ask for!

I have never had air conditioning before and hadn't had my rooftop unit looked at in the whole time I lived here (which is 5 years). I know. I know don't say it. I've learned my lesson...LoL I had noticed that. My air conditioning would shut off long before the desired temperature I had said it for. I also noticed it had sounds like it was running but no air was coming through. So before it got worse and more expensive I called Love's Air. Manny was my contact. He was friendly, knowledgeable and pretty quick. He even removed 2 ft. of built up wasp nest that was inside my unit. So he was also brave. He set me up with a monthly payment plan, so that I wouldn't forget again and also not have to come up with a larger amount of money all at once. They'll come out once a year for my air conditioning and once a year for my furnace.

Love’s Air is 5 stars overall. Very nice people and always willing to help in any way. The tech Thomas was really nice. The big thing I like is they send out the same guys all the time so you get to know them. Like some companies you don’t every know anyone.

Loves came through once again. We replaced one AC several months ago and it's still working great with no issues. We just added a new AC into an old 1953 farmhouse and the Loves crew got er done in less than two days in this 100 degree heat. Highly recommended! Our sales rep Matthew did an excellent job of telling us what we needed and gave an estimate on site within 30 minutes. They delivered our AC within the week and the service crew Joel, Victor, Alex and Nate did a professional FAST excellent job. Well worth the money paid, great value! Thanks again Loves!

Great Customer Service from beginning to end. Ernie was very helpful on the call and asked questions without making me feel stupid, which I greatly appreciated. Made an appointment for the very next morning. Josh came in the time scheduled and called when he was on the way. Very efficient. Found the issue and explained the situation to me in detail and provided pictures from the attic then fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Again, Customer Service was awesome. Some businesses make you feel uncomfortable, pressured, or even stupid. The folks at Loves Air was nothing like that. Highly recommend them!

Loves installed our unit 3 years ago, this review is for the service call I just did. It was our summer maintenance and they were quick to schedule, kept to their promised time, early actually. They did a reminder text the day before and the day of service sent me a picture of the rep that would be here and the time within 10-15 min. Nick was very professional, quick, and went straight to work. I was having trouble with my thermostat and Nick fixed that as well. I highly recommend Loves for all your heating/air needs
